CANCELLATION POLICY
At Flutter and Flare, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 1. Cancellation Notice • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will be accepted without charge. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. 2. Deposits For certain services or first-time clients, we will require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show. 3. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule and will be charged as a late cancellation, depending on the stylist’s schedule. 4. Emergencies We understand that life happens. Please contact us directly if you have an emergency—we’ll do our best to work with you. 5.
